Legislative changes in the workplace means menopause is no longer just a wellbeing issue

Menopause work doesn’t need louder conversations. It needs better ones.

With the UK’s new Employment Rights Bill signalling a clear shift, larger employers will soon be expected to demonstrate meaningful, practical support for women’s health at work:

From 2026 – menopause action planning is encouraged
From 2027 – it becomes mandatory

Many organisations are asking how to support women in a thoughtful, credible, and genuinely helpful way — not reactive or tokenistic.

Menopause is deeply personal, but its impact at work is shared: confidence, performance, wellbeing, retention, and inclusion.

It matters because menopause affects career progression at a point when many women are at the height of their experience and contribution — not because organisations need to react loudly or urgently.

My work focuses on helping organisations respond thoughtfully and well.

As a certified menopause coach, I deliver CPD-accredited training and education that supports women, equips managers, and helps teams foster understanding around menopause — without shame.

My approach is grounded in education, compassion, and practical support — helping organisations create spaces where women feel informed, empowered, and understood, and where managers feel confident having the right conversations.

Here’s what clients say about working with me:

“Tania is a passionate and knowledgeable menopause coach who has had an incredibly positive impact on colleagues’ lives, through her in-depth and inspiring training, as well as her powerful public speaking. She is an expert who empowers and educates in equal measure.”
Lee Hamill, Director of Finance (former), University of Edinburgh

Organisations that act with care and intention now will be better placed for evolving workplace expectations and the legislative changes ahead.

If you’re part of organisation or team and want menopause support that is:
